Buddy Break is an event for children with special needs. The children have plenty to do, like making new friends, doing crafts, playing games, and much more. To prepare, a few students from the HOT Team got together and built a VEX robot for the children to control. At the event, everyone enjoyed the LEGOs the team brought. Also, CASEY the robot that blows up balloons, and button making. They loved controlling the robot and were so happy. Even the adults played with the Legos and robots. It was two hours of fun playing with the kids and seeing them smile. -Olivia Walker
